有磁带、可以上网就可以做到！ 找简单的对话来练习。能够背诵长篇的更好。 英语课本不是最容易也是最省钱的学习资料，而且你学的就是你要考的。找课本配套的磁带，没有的话可以找老师借，书店一般都有卖的。如果没有这些，就在到爱词霸英语社区网上去，有很多简短的对话配有录音的。建议你尽量找课本的磁带！因为英语课本每个单元的第一篇对话是最好的口语学习材料，都是最最常化的用语，里面包含了习惯表达和基本的语法规则。 练习方法。跟读模仿。 首先把你要练习的对话中发音不准的单词全部注上音标。坚持“一慢二常三快”的原则。听磁带跟读，开始的时候一句一句的放，用最慢的速度力求把每个单词的音都发准。第二遍用正常的说话速度跟读，保持单词发音的清晰和句子的连贯。第三遍在保证自己发音清晰的基础上，用最快的速度读句子。 注意： 1、跟读重在模仿磁带的语调。扮演扮演对话中不同角色的语气。 2、注意句子中的连读变化。多听，多模仿就可以了。 3、每次练习声音要足够洪亮、发音要饱满。多达五遍练习后，口腔肌肉有负累感为准。 4、每天至少坚持一个小时的练习时间。 方音很难做到不带的，除非你长时间生活在国外或者你坚决只用英语不用中文。我们只能做到最接近地道的发音。另外，你要对比一下英式英语和美语的区别，现在给自己确定要学英式的还是美式的。然后听力有所侧重，英式多听BBC，美语多听VOA。但英语课本的磁带尽管说是地道的英式发音，其实包括有些语言用法都会参杂有美语在里面的，不必在在意这些。大的方向上你要确定自己更偏向于英式还是美式。 另外就是多听英语节目，多看国外的电视电影，从中可以学到一些课本上没有口语。 希望我的回答对你有帮助，祝你成功！
