英语讲得非常棒、非常流利是英语学习者的一个梦想。有人说，学英语就一定要在英语系国家住个三五年，赖世雄告诉你这个是完全不对的。比如在国外生活了很多年的华侨，英语流利度仍然不够，还有很多人从来没出过国，但是他们的英语讲得非常流利。口语是一个人的门面，口语是沟通的桥梁，所以学英语的第一步是学说，先有语言后才有文字。

1）利用会话说，充分利用会话书。用正确的声音源（地道老外讲的话）把资料书的内容完全消化，然后丢开书，自己一个人分裂练习多个角色，反复操练。用回忆，尽量不要看书，很流利之后可以自己造句，直至内容完全吸收。

3）翻译法，口语翻译，比如看电视的时候，听见任何对白都给它翻译成英文，将任何进入大脑的中文都翻译成英文。不会的马上查。学校开会很无聊，把老师和校长的讲话都翻译成英文。
