of和名词所有格都有“......的”意思，但名词所有格修饰的是有生命的物体，of修饰的是没有生命的物体，就像句中的价格price是没有生命的，所以用of修饰.of做为介词要后置，例如：What is the name of this CD？然而在修饰时间和国家可以用名词所有格，如yesterday's match ,China's history. with有多种意思，在做“用”的时候可以与“use”互换，例如：I use the knife to cut tomatoes=I cut tomatoes with a knife. with也有“和...一起”的意思，可以与and互换，例如：Mike and I went to cinema yesterday=I went to cinema with Mike yesterday. 另外With还有伴随的意思，在初三会学到。
