第一，要对英语有兴趣.你可以在平时阅读时多关注英语的思维和表达方式.比如：＂了解中国＂可以说成＂know China＂，但还有一种说法是＂understand China＂；＂告示牌上写到...＂却要翻译成＂it reads that...＂；＂读书＂可以说成＂read a book＂，但更地道的说法是＂do some reading＂.这些都是很有意思的东西.只要你平时注意发现，就会积累一定的知识，从而使你的外语越来越地道，对外语的兴趣就越来越浓厚，好奇新也越来越强.我就是这样建立起兴趣的. 第二，如果你想从一开始就为口语打下良好的基础的话，建议一定从音标开始.李阳疯狂英语里有本（不记得具体名字了）的小册子，非常棒，对包括发音时的舌位，气流等都进行了详细的讲解，还将相近的音进行了对比.如果仅仅是为了考试，不注重将来的应用，可以省略这一步，不过个人建议要从一开始就打好口语基础.（注意李阳的是美式发音） 第三，提起对英语的兴趣之后，就要从阅读入手.＂得阅读者得天下＂，这是多少老教师的至理名言和经验总结.首先根据自己的英语水平和词汇量来选定适合的阅读材料（现在市面上有许多书都是标明等级的，或根据词汇量，或根据年级，比如）.然后就可以开始阅读了.最好读3遍.第一遍注重速度和文意理解，忽略个别生词（一定要练习着猜词，这在将来的大大小小考试中是很有用的）和不熟悉的句型，明白大概意思即可.第二遍则要注重精彩的表达方式（最好标出来），并查出你认为重要的生词.第三遍就是过一段时间不文章拿出来重读，注意这一次要读出来，并且重点注意上次标出的内容. 至于阅读理解后面的题目，做不做就看你自己了，如果你觉得自己已经对文章理解得比较到位了，就可以不做. 第四，最最关键的一点，无论如何，一定要坚持.短时间内成绩明显提高是不可能的，只要你能始终维持良好的对英语的感觉，久而久之，你的成绩想不提高都不行. 第五就是听力，和第二点一样，想不想练在你个人.想练的话，如果练美语就听VOA（先听慢速的，常速的词汇量很大），如果练英音就听BBC（据我所知BBC没有慢速版的，所以难度比VOA大）
