Good morning (afternoon) teachers, my name is XXX from Shandong TaiAn. As all my basic information is in the resume, I am not going to repeat it here.

我认为，今天能够坐在这里，是一种资格，也是一种荣幸。我非常高兴学院给我这样一个宝贵的机会，也非常感谢在过去的三年里辛勤培养我的老师和辅导员，以及我的同学好友对我的一路支持。

I feel qualified and honored to be here today; I am really excited to be offered such treasured opportunity by the college, and I must express my gratitude to all the teachers and counselors that had put in so much hard work to nurture me for the past 3 years, not forgetting of course, the supports I received from schoolmates and friends.

能坐在这里，是对于我过去三年来不断努力的一种肯定，是对我以后取得更大成绩的一种激励。在这三年里我不断成长，不断在失败中振作自己，用努力让自己的生活变得充实、让人生变得精彩，用成绩让自己变得自信、去赢得别人的尊重

My presence here is an affirmation to my relentless effort for the past 3 years, it is also a stimulus to propel me to greater heights in future. During this period, I was improving constantly, bracing myself in failures, enriching my life with hard work and transforming it to become exciting and wonderful, building up my self confidence with good results and gaining respects from others

当然，我也非常明白，过去的成绩并不能说明我已经有多么优秀，但它证明了我有不断自我要求进步的目标，证明了我有足够的实力和determination去为这个目标努力奋斗，也证明了我有用自己的努力奋斗取得成绩的能力

Of course, I realize that past results are no proofs to my excellence, but they are proofs to my ceaseless self-motivated improvement objective, my potential and determination to strive for achieving that objective, my ability to achieve success through hard work.

因此，不管今天的面试成绩如何，不管整个过程最终结果如何，我都不会是一个失败者，因为我已经找到了从失败中让自己变得更加优秀的方法。成功不会让我骄傲，失败也不会把我打垮，它只会让我更加强大

Therefore, irrespective of the final result of this interview, I will not be a loser, because I have found a way to stand up from the rubbles of failures to become an outstanding person. Success will not make me arrogant, and failure will not defeat me, it can only make me stronger!
