游泳
Yesterday is Sunday. The days weather is so hot. This afternoon, I went to the swimming pool with my father and my brother.
I put up the swimming suit.When I saw the people who is swimming,I wanted to swim very much . So I made up my mind to learn swimming today!
At first, I could not swim at all. My father was very patient. He He encouraged me and taught me how to swim.Though I was hard to swim ,I didnt give up learning swimming ! My father taught me how to breath in the water first. Then , He threw me into the deepest part of the swimming pool . That time I was so afraid ! I tried and tried to swim .After a moment , my father take me back . Three hours later,with the help of my father, I dared to swim myself. I could swim by myself. Although I couldnt swim very well, I was very happy.
Yesterday I not only learned how to swim , but also learned to be bre !
昨天是星期日。天的天气这么热。今天下午，我和爸爸和弟弟一起去游泳池游泳。
我提出了游泳衣，当我看到那些正在游泳的人，我很想游泳。所以我决定今天去学游泳!
起初，我根本不会游泳。我的父亲很有耐心。他鼓励我，教我如何游泳，虽然我很难游泳，但我没有放弃学习游泳!我的父亲教我如何在水中呼吸。然后，他把我扔到游泳池最深的一部分。那个时候我是如此的害怕!我试着去游泳，过了一会儿，我爸爸带我回去。三个小时后，在我父亲的帮助下，我敢自己游泳。我可以自己游泳。虽然我不能游泳很好，我很高兴。
昨天我不仅学会了游泳，还学会了勇敢!
游泳
Swimming, which deserves to remand to everybody, is my fourate sports. My hometown is Urumqi，the most distant city from the ocean, but it cannot stop my passion for swimming.
When in the hot summer, I like to pe into the cool water and swim, because it can not only cool my body but also exercise me. Furthemore, by practising swimming I can gain lifesing skills in the water.
Swimming is a kind of Aerobic Exercise which is of great benefit to health. For instance, it can improve temperature regulation mechanism, prevent flu; and enhance vital capacity. Whats more, the muscles of the whole body can be exercised during swimming, and therefore they would be stronger and flexible. The blood circulation can also be more smooth. All of these is helpful for keeping the body healthy and prevent various kinds of diseases. And for those who want to keep fit, swimming is a good way to lose weight.
There is many ways of swimming like butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle ect. I think the most beatiful one is butterfly. But its also the most tiring and dificult to master. Freestyle make one swim fastest. And breaststroke looks like one is a frog. Finnaly, backstroke is the most fortable gesture for me; its so fatastic to float on the water surface when I feel tired.
Until now, I go to swim periodically, both outdoors and indoors.
游泳，值得推荐给大家，是我最喜欢的运动。
我的家乡是乌鲁木齐，离海洋最远的城市，但它不能阻挡我对游泳的热情。
在炎热的夏天，我喜欢在凉爽的水中游泳，因为它不仅能使我身体凉爽，还能锻炼身体。另外，通过练习游泳，我可以在水中获得救生技能。
游泳是一种有氧运动，对健康有很大的益处。例如，它可以提高温度调节机制，预防流感，提高肺活量。更多的是，整个身体的肌肉都可以在游泳过程中锻炼，因此他们会更加强壮和灵活。血液循环也能更顺畅。所有这些都有助于保持身体健康，防止各种疾病。对于那些想要保持健康的人来说，游泳是一种减肥的好方法。
有喜欢游泳的蝴蝶，仰泳，蛙泳的方法很多，自由泳。我认为最美的是蝴蝶。但它也是最累人，难掌握。自由泳最快。和蛙泳看起来就像是一只青蛙。最后，仰泳是我最舒服的姿势;很好浮在水面上时，我感到累了。
到现在，我定期去游泳，无论是在室外，在室内游泳。
游泳
Im keen on swimming, because I find its so cool and relaxing. In summer days, its always very hot. We cant do any sports but swim. While swimming, I can entertain myself. I began to learn swimming when I was eight years old. I was a quick learner. After three weeks learning, I could swim very well. So I often went swimming with my friends in my free time. But now Im tired of swimming pools. I dream of swimming in the sea.
If Im in Zhuhai, I will go swimming in the sea every day. After swimming, I will lie on the golden beach and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. Sometimes I will also pick up some sea shells or feel the sea wind. It must be amusing.
我很喜欢游泳，因为我觉得它很酷，很放松。在夏天，它总是很热。我们不能做任何运动，但游泳。在游泳的时候，我可以娱乐自己。当我八岁的时候，我开始学游泳了。我是个很快的学习者。三周后，我会游泳很好。所以我经常和我的朋友们在我的空闲时间去游泳。但现在我已经厌倦了游泳池。我梦见在海里游泳。
如果我在珠海，我每天都会去海里游泳。游泳后，我会躺在金色的沙滩上，享受美丽的阳光。有时我也会拿起一些海贝壳或感受海风。那一定很有趣。
