payment term 付款方式，付款赎期，是指货物卖方将货物交给了买方，而买方不当时给钱，按双方的约定，在若干天后，买方再将货款支付给卖方，时间可能是交货后15天、30天、60天、90天、甚至半年。也就是说，货物买方不用那钱，先拿了卖方的货物从事自己的生产或销售，然后再将钱给卖方，等于是拿着卖方的钱做生意，而与此同时，买方其生产销售的产品或货物又赊账给了他的客户。
