各公司的部门规划及部门不尽相同，但基本包括收益管理、航班计划与航线网络规划、广告宣传与客户服务，有的航空公司会包含有自己的IT、财务等部门。航运附加费种类 由于船舶、货物、港口及其它方面的种种原因，使得船方在运输货物时增加费用开支或蒙受经济损失，船方为补偿这些开支或损失，除基本费率外，规定另外收取的费用，就叫附加费（Surcharge或Additional）。 附加费种类繁多，而且随着一些情况的改变，会取消或制订新的附加费。以下是一些常见的附加费类别：
