大家好：
老子曾言：治大国若烹小鲜，青年志愿者协会作为一个五脏俱全的学生组织也不例外，作为青年志愿者协会会长，我会统筹e69da5e887aa7a686964616f31333363386164全局而治之，也希望大家都能够成为这个集体的智囊团，为这个集体奉献出力量。革命年代有句话“我们都是来自于五湖四海，为了同一个目标走到了一起来”，在今天，我想说，在座的各位就是青年志愿者协会的革命同志，大家都是为了志愿服务工作走到了一起来的，这是缘分。当然，想要做好一个工作，必须要想到整体的利益，对职务职责内的任务认真负责，职务外分配的任务积极主动。想要青协有所为，一个干部团体必须先有所想。在整个团对中，职务分配不同，责任不同，想要统一整体，每个部分必须对自己所处的位置，要付的职责有所认识。领导团队具有团队精神，整个协会才可能有凝聚力。在工作中我会多想，多沟通，多努力，并积极配以大家的工作，希望大家记住一句话“有困难，找青协”， 我在此保证，我会富有激情的去工作。
这学期，我会在做好统筹工作之余，努力的多想一些有意义的志愿活动，我相信一个高质量的志愿活动能够提升协会的认同感和凝聚力，我会努力组织帮扶、联谊等活动，希望这些活动能带给协会以青年的活力。另外，我会积极搜集学校组织的或者校外大型的活动，并组织大家参与。
当然，作为青年志愿者协会会长，自身的素质也要注意。在工作的同时，我不会因为各项活动而忽略学习，学习之学生的本职，想要做好学生组织工作，决不能丢掉学习。我希望，能够通过自己的努力，让大家觉得在青年志愿者协会做志愿工作很快乐，很充实。我对自己的志愿工作充满感情，我也会把这个感情投入到青年志愿者协会的建设中来，能够有所奉献我感到开心，能够领导这样的志愿组织工作，我感到幸运。当然，兄弟一心其利断金，团结就是力量。青年志愿者协会的明天需要我们大家共同创立。
