This summer is really hot and humid. Sometimes, my parents and I lost appetite because of the heat. In the morning, I think it would be better to have some lemonade because the taste of lemon can keep us fresh. At noon, we can have a light lunch and eat more fruits in between meals because fruits can provide us enough water and taste better than water itself. At night, we can eat watermelon while watching TV because watermelon can cool us down.
