关于听力最好的办法就是把 中级英语听力（何其莘）编的那本给做了，绝对有效，里面不仅有题还有dictation。我当年就是做这个的。做完后会在整体的听力水平上有提高。 关于阅读建议楼主做题前先用中文将每段话的中心思想写在旁边（平时练习时）因为专四多考主旨题，这个过程非常必要，能帮助你锻炼概括思维，练多了到了考场上就不用总结，读一遍大意自然就出来了。 关于作文，如果时间够，建议每天练，最好不要使用万能模版，如果使用也最好稍加变动，创造出自己的一套模版。建议最好每天背一些句子，新东方有一本GRE作文书里面有很多具有思想性，结构复杂多样的句子，非常适合专四，只要能用上一两句肯定能得高分。 关于完型和单选，这个主要看平常积累，词的用法的近义词辨析都不是说一两天就能背全的。所以如果时间充裕，而且肯下功夫，就买本专四词汇的参考书狠背吧，要是没时间，就把语法弄弄，词就先别管了。 我本人也是英语专业的 现在大三 专四考了优秀 其实就是按上面的方法复习的。我觉得还是比较有效的。希望能帮到你。
