应该是D/A吧 document against accept

这是一个国际贸易中常用的付款条款.

Payment Term:D/A 150 days 的付款条款解释为 承兑交单，150天远期付款。

实际贸易操作中，以T/T托收为例：

进口方只需在托收银行承诺付款后，就可以获得提单等提取货物所需的全套单据，然后在承诺日期的150天后向你付出全部货款。

这个条款对出口方非常不利。首先，客户不用付1分钱就能提取货物，这样你就会很被动，虽然也有银行信用，但是一旦客户以货物有问题提出索赔，你就会变的进退两难。其次，在人民币升值的大环境下，汇率的风险比较的大。第三，150的利息也是相当大一部分的费用。

一般我是不会接受这样的条款，除非你很希望做下这个定单，或者对你的客人很信任，再或者这个风险值得去冒一下。
