自我介绍部分很简单.只要留一下好印象就可以.切记不可说太长.

presentation部分其实可以自己练.有个很实用的方法：

1 在网上DOWN一些关于口语的TOPIC，至少要50个以上，最好有答案，没有答案也没有关系.打印出来作为练习材料.

2 练习的时候看到一个TOPIC，给自己一分钟时间，用笔写下两个POINT，然后各一句解释.

3 背开头结尾. 一般讲重要性的开头可以：From my perspective/In my opinion,it is extremely important....或者：you can never underestimaite the importance of ....

结尾则可以说 therefore,i think those two points are of equal importance...

4 背一些＂万金油＂的句子.如：increase market share, enhance customer loyalty, improve company image, strenghen customer base,set up a XXX system, foster a sense of team spirit, send feedback to customers等等，这些说到重要性的时候很多都可以用上.
