1.＂预先安排＂：prepare /get ready

Eg:mental preparetion 精神准备

prepare to receive foreign visitors 准备接待外国游客

Are you ready？ 你准备好了吗？

It's all lined up,let's go.一起都准备好了，我们走吧.

2.＂打算＂：intend /plan

Eg:Where do you intend to go this summer？今年夏天你打算（准备）到哪里去？

She is planning on going abroad next year.她打算（准备）明年出国.
