小学生其实很单纯的，他们第一关注的肯定是这个老师好不好，有趣不有趣，所以第一堂课肯定得在自身上做点处理。然后是上课，不要上来就提问，会让他们感到紧张，可以根据教案先讲点（讲课抓住趣味性，在你能控制的范围内鼓励他们插嘴），然后做点互动，慢慢引入你的节奏，语文不像数学，能发散开来讲很多别的东西，然而这些东西都是能引起学生注意的，适当地讲些，让他们的注意牢牢集中在你身上，这样才能把你想要教的让他们听得到，而不是让他们的注意力集中在课本上。做到这些的前提当然是，不要紧张，拘谨地样子会让小学生们引起有同样地感觉，要自然，学生们比你小多了，对于他们来说你是陌生的，你要做到的就是就是使他们对你的陌生感消失。
