多喝水
秋季是多干季节，多饮热水不但能补充身体每天所失的水分同时还能养阴润燥，是医学上所提倡的。秋季人体缺水，很容易造成皮来肤干燥，同时燥气也会引起哮喘咳嗽。饮水最好是热水，不能狂饮，一天保源持8杯水最好。
出行戴口罩
养成出行戴口罩的好习惯，秋季空气中的回程、细菌特别多，同时拆迁的地方也日益繁多，尤其那百些骑车走路去上班的人群，尤其要记得带口罩，同时记得口罩要经常清洗经常晒，为了我们的呼吸道和肺，我们记得上下班带口罩。
注意保暖
秋季早晚温度下降幅度大，白天可能要热一些。但切不可热了就脱衣服，出门一定要把衣度服加上，免得身体温度不适中，导致出现感冒症状。其次，夜晚记得盖好被子，被子要勤洗勤晒，有了阳光才健康嘛。
勤洗手
我们每天问用手接触的东西有很多，我们是无法用肉眼看到手上的细菌的，所以我们记得要勤答洗手，特别是饭前便后，清洗时间尽量长一些，最好是配有香皂，这是一个很好的习惯，也是预防细菌病毒的方法之一。
