牵挂是人与人之间一种珍贵的情感，是一颗心对另一颗心深深的惦记，牵挂是一封远道而来的家书，牵挂是灵魂的絮语，是亲情的问候，是心灵对话，牵挂别人和被人牵挂都是一种幸福。
我最牵挂的是我的爷爷。爷爷生前是一名医生，他给好多人治病，他对病人和蔼可亲，对前来治病的每一位患者都以笑相迎，不管刮风下雨，白天黑夜，随叫随到，从来没有半点怨言。他在人们心目中是一位好医生。
爷爷已经去世三年了，他在我的心目中永远是活着的，每当我想起他，就会勾起我对许多童年往事的回忆。
春天爷爷带我去花园培土栽花；夏天带我去麦浪滚滚的田野散步，捉迷藏，抓蝴蝶，抓小鸟；晚饭过后带我在门前乘凉，我仰着头数着天上的星星，爷爷讲着神话故事，我心里充满了神奇的幻想。我问爷爷：天上真的有牛郎和织女吗？真有鹊桥吗？真有吴刚和嫦娥吗？爷爷总是笑而不语。
从我记事起，爷爷就一直有病，他得的是肺心病，严重的时候气都喘不过来，病痛一次又一次地摧残折磨着他，他过早地离开了人世，每当我想起这些往事，眼泪就慢慢地滑过脸颊……
愿我的爷爷在九泉之下能听到我的呼唤。
爷爷，你是我心中永远的牵挂！
