just to spend a balenced vociation
Vocation plays an inportant role in spicing the morden life, which is full of stress and pressure. But that does not mean obssessing to it and no work to do. What we really need is a balanced vociation.
First and formost, it is necessary to seize the opportunity to relax us. As the saying goes, all work and no relax make Jack a dull boy.We had better to loose the elastic of our body. For example, we can visit some interests of places. It is a good way to divert the disturbing matters.Only in this way can you throughly break away from tiring jobs and experience the life. At the same time, while touring, you may encounter many friends from both home and abroad, Not only will your horizons be widened, but your social network is sure to be broadened. Both pleasure and efficency are going to be part of our life.
However, too much leisure time and no practical things about studies or jobs are not recommanded. One thing is the less efficiency in work after the vocation. Maybe that will be difficult to adjust and recover from one state to another one, which is harmful to both us and our work. That is the very reason of Holiday Syndrom from the point of view. If we want to live a regular and healthy llife, a vocation with certain propotion of work is crucial.
In conclusion, the vocation with high quality should be a balanced vocation, including leisure as well as work. Combining excertion and rest is a better life style and that is the real way to relax!

I really had a happy vacation. I finished doing my homework on time, reviewed my lessons and prepared for the new lesson. I also read some interesting books and learnt how to play tennis. Besides, I visited my parents and friends, we really had a good time together. What's more, I helped my parents with the housework, such as, cleaning the room, washing the dishes, cooking dinner and so on. My parents and I also had a short trip. We went to Hainan Island. We went boating, swimming in the sea, went scuba-driving, climbed the moutains and so on. I really had a meaningful vacation.
