There are several tips that can be follow be use to improve my English learning as a second language speaker. The first tip is to enroll myself in a class to improve your English. It helps if a person whose first language is English teaches this class. If am living in an English speaking country, i will have many chances to improve your English outside of class. For example, if i have children learning English at school, i can improve your English by talking in English to them. Also rent movies that are in English, and try to watch them without subtitles. It can also help to watch foreign films that have subtitles in English, so i have to read the words to understand the film. Watching television in English helps improve your English too. Each time when i go out to run errands, try out a few new words. Also, talk to classmate in my class and should not be afraid to ask if i don't understand something because most people are happy to tell you what a word means.

Learning how to learn is one of the hot topics in education at the moment. In order to understand its importance, it is vital to understand the following two points.
For one thing,there are different kinds of learners. For example, some people learn words better by listening to them being said, while other learn them better by seeing them in written form. This means that if a teacher asks all students to learn in the same way, not all the students will have the same acquisition.
For another thing,many students do not take an interest in learning. There are always students in every classroom who do not wish to be there.However, if a student are willing to learn about the learning process, chances are that he/she would start to learn more effectively.
In a word, if students learn how to learn, they will have a better chance at acquiring new information more quickly with less frustration,and they will have a nice tomorrow.
