Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It's my great pleasure to stand here to present my speech--Changes in Our Life. Over the past thirty years or so, great changes have taken place in our life. Take my family for example. My parents contacted others mainly by sending them letters in the past. But now we Call long distance at home. And once my parents listened to the radio for news and other information. But now we get the news by watching TV. Another big change is in my living conditions. When they got married about twenty years ago, my parents lived in a small room crowded with fiirniture. But now we have moved into a big new three-room apartment. In short, our life has become comfortable and convenient. Now,I'll talk about“youth”.Youth Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life . Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals. Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust . Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being 's heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what's next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there's a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young . When the aerials are down,you must to think what we have in this mordern.What I do for it? Look,not only the community has been change,but also our thinking has been change into well. That's all ,thank you!

重要的东西还很多，因为人在社会中有不同的角色，你的作用和价值是不同的，当一个人老了，接近人生的终点时，他大半时间会在想我这一生都做了什么，而不是他得到了什么，他会从他记忆的大海中搜索每一件留下深刻印象的事情，发现很多都是过程而不是结果。所以一个有意义有价值的生活经历总是一个支掌自己好好生活下去的最重要的东西。她让自己学会坚强，学会感恩，懂得付出会比索取能让自己得到更多的快乐，懂得自己的价值所在，所有的一切都来源于此。所以生命中的每一天对我们来说都很重要. 认真活好每一天，会让你的生命更精彩！

The value of life Life is formed by many stages of time.So we should make good use of time. A proverb says,＂Time is money.＂ But in my opinion, time is even more precious than money. Why? Because when money is spent, we can earn it back. However, when time is gone, it will never return. This is the reason why we must value time. It goes without saying that the time for our study and work is unusually limited. Hence, even an hour is extremely precious. We should make full use of our time to do useful things. As a student,I must make efforts to engage in my study so as to serve our nation and people in the future. But it is a pity that there. are a lot of people who do not know the importance of time.
