我的理想——老师 老师是人类灵魂的工程师。对，我就要做一个灵魂的工程师，教孩子们做有理想、有道德的共产主义接班人。 首先要改革课堂教学，决不把学生当“听书”的工具。我要让每个学生都跨上想象的骏马，在知识的跑道上奔跑，带着“？”号去读书，去分析，去思考。 我要让学生们和书交朋友，在书的海洋里遨游，用高尔基的话去教育他们：“爱书吧，它是你知识的源泉。”我要他们尽早的去结识鲁迅、冰心、安徒生……。在书中，让他们跟小鸟弟弟谈心，和柳树爷爷拉家常，到嫦娥姐姐家做客，同杜甫伯伯见面。 上课时，我会认认真真地讲课，教给他们边读边思考，摘记优美的词、句、段。每天一定少布置作业，保证让同学们有一个小时的阅读时间。 假如我是老师，我一定像蜡烛一样把自己的光和热全部奉献给学生。我盼望登上讲台的那一天。 今天终于站到了讲台上，我爱每一个孩子，希望他们不断的用新的知识武装自己，认真学习，愿他们同我一样，实现理想，品位多彩的生活。
