1.一篇文章可以用多种时态，比如记叙用过去时，议论用现在时.

如果第一段叙述过去的事情，用了过去时，第二段叙述现在的事情，用现在时.第三段再叙述过去，理论上说还是应该用过去时，不过考虑到是考场作文，老师可能会认为你时态混乱，因此文章最好不要用这种结构.

2.一般说，自己的议论都要用现在时，但要根据具体的语境.

高考英语动词方面的注意事项，我觉得，一定要保持各部分时态一致，结构清晰，不要有明显的单词拼写，语法错误，字体整齐工整，25分得20分应该no problem!
