I'm writing to make a complaint about the dictionary which I bought in your online store.

When I received it I liked the appearance of the dictionary very much , but there are several problems in it. To begin with, the dictionary gives its auto power off when I use it sometimes. More addition, the butten ＂A＂ doesn't work, and it doesn't even react at all when I press it hard. Last but not least, there is a creck in the screen of the dictionary.

For I'm preparing for the exam and I need a dictionary badly, I hope that you could replace my dictionary or give me a refund as soon as possible.

I trust that you will take my complaint seriously and make a settlement of this matter.
