今天，我一个人在家里做寿司，打算晚上送给寿星女—敏洁姐姐。
早上，我对妈妈说：“妈，你能帮我买一些紫菜、芝士酱、虾和鱼片吗？”妈妈问：“你要干什么？”我吞吞吐吐地说：“我—要—做—寿—司！”“就你？”妈妈半疑半信地说。我听了，坚定地大声说：“对！就我一个！”“好吧！”妈妈还是一脸质疑的表情。
做寿司的材料准备好了，饭也煮好了，可以开始做寿司了。我把手洗干净，首先，我抓了一把饭粒放掌心上，接着把饭捏成一个长方体造型，饭粒有点粘粘的，不过我还是把形状控制好了。我再用紫菜小心翼翼地把饭团包好，然后，把生鱼片放在饭团上。最后，把芝士酱往生鱼片上挤了一些，这就算完成了一个芝士生鱼片寿司了。与日本料理师傅的手艺比起来可不当上下哦！接下来，我还做了许多形状不一样的寿司：有的是星形；有的是月亮形；有的是正方形；还有的是圆形......
