我家住得小区拐角处有一位大爷，平时邻居们都叫他刘老汉，刘爷爷平时出摊早，推着一辆三轮车，上面挂着一串模型钥匙，说到这里，大家也知道他是干什么的了吧！对！他就是修车、配钥匙和修鞋子的劳动者。
平时、刘爷爷闲着没事儿，就会坐着小板凳，跟前放着充气筒等用品，那张饱经风霜的脸上，却用那双慈祥的眼睛盯着前方。
有一次，我写完作业，准备下楼去骑自行车，练练我的技术，可蹲下用手一捏，一点气也没有了，但是我心血来潮的想去玩儿，没办法，只能去修车。我把车子推到了刘爷爷的门口，只见刘爷爷正在给一位阿姨补鞋呢！一看到我，刘爷爷说：“小芬女，车子怎么了呀？”：“车没气了。”我说，刘爷爷边修鞋，别跟我说：“小芬女，等一下啊！”大约五分钟后，刘爷爷就干了起来，不一会儿，车就弄好了，原来我以为只是没气了，但车带却破了，所以，我身上只带了打气的钱，我爸情况和刘爷爷说完后，正准备上楼拿钱，刘爷爷急忙说：“不用、不用了，下次吧！”我心里很是激动，我一步三个台阶地向上跑，回家拿上钱，飞快地跑下楼去。
一出大门，天快黑了，刘爷爷刚刚端起饭碗，一个小伙子推着电动车飞奔过来，气喘吁吁地说：“师傅，后轮胎芙的起跑了，帮我修一下。”李爷爷立刻放下饭碗，站起来说道：“小伙子先歇一下啊！我这就来给你看。”说着，递给小伙子一张板凳，小伙子连声道谢。刘爷爷走到电动车旁，拔出后轮气嘴，看看没坏，便对小伙子说：“内胎破了，等一等，我很快！”刘爷爷拿出撬片，麻利的拆下内胎，又端来一盆水，把充好的轮胎一节一节的捺入水中细细查看，寻找破洞，接着便是挫皮、涂胶、贴疤……忙个不停，大约20分钟后，车子终于修好了。
小伙子满意的点了点头，便掏钱付款，左掏右摸，摸遍了身上所有的口袋，也找不到钱包，小伙子很尴尬，急的满头大汗，喃喃自语道：“哎呀！一定是丢在家里了！怎么办啊，怎么办啊！”刘爷爷听后，诚恳的说：“不用掏了，你走吧！时间不早了，我还要赶路。”小伙子不解的问：“我还没有给钱呢！”我修车不完全是为了挣钱，主要是为人方便。”“那怎么行？您辛苦了半天，怎么能……”刘爷爷又郑重其事地说：“我修车与别人不同，方便行人第一，挣钱生活第二，行人方便，我就满意。”小伙子激动的说：“谢谢！下次补上。”“说到哪里去了呀！”刘爷爷笑着说。
小伙子骑上车徐徐离去，刘爷爷擦擦手，又端起了已经凉了的饭碗……
在生活中，在点点滴滴中可以看到美，它虽然平凡，却让人感动，它也一样可以考验出我们的人格。
