Some people think it impossible to influence on their body health without eating breakfast,others believe breakfast is important to people`s body health.As far as I`m concerned, I`m convinced that we`re supposed to have breakfast because it is beneficial to our body health. First of all, breakfast offers us the energy that we need in the day. Before breakfast, our body has consumed all the energy that we get from previous meals. Therefore, we need to eat some food in the morning to get enough energy and nutrient to support our body. If we don`t have breakfast, then we will have no enough energy to do our work or study efficiently. Secondly, people who skip breakfast will get lots of weight easily.
