Protect Our Eyes

Eyes are the window to the heart. We are lucky to have a pair of bright eys. They let us see the blue sky, beautiful flowers and our beoved ones. So we should cherish them and try to protect them. But how?

First, when we sit, we should sit straight and still. Second, after we use our eys for one or two hours, we should stop what we are doing,such as reading, watching TV, playing on the computer and have a rest. It's better to look at some spots far away. Third, we can do some eye excercise. Fourth, we can eat some healthy food , such as lamb liver. It's also good for our eyes.

As long as we have healthy eyes, our life will be full fo sunshine and will never be boring.

You'd better have a rest by looking in the long distance after you have studied an hour or so. 首先，不要让你得眼睛看太久的。在你学习一个小时或以上的时间时，最好是远眺一下，让眼睛得到休息。 Second, pay attention to the following: Don't read in the sun or in a poor light; don't read in bed or in a moving bus. And when you read you should keep the book away from your eyes for about a foot. 第二，注意下面几点：不要在太阳下或者是光线弱的地方看书；不要在床上或者是移动的汽车上看书；另外，当你看书的时候，让书本和你的眼睛保持一英尺的距离。

And third, do eye-exercises every day. It will also help you keep good eyesight. 第三，每天做眼保健操。它也将会让你保持好的视力。 If you obey the rules above, I think, you may prevent your eyesight from becoming short-sighted. 如果你按照上面的规则做，我认为，你将很有可能阻止你成为近视眼。
