卧如弓，行如风。尊重人，文明语。讲理解，讲和善。
谈话时，面带笑。若问路，要礼貌。“老爷爷，阿姨好”。
若购物，注行为。不乱动，买卖和。看演出，提前到。
轻入座，不迟到。不喧哗，不乱跑。演出闭，要鼓掌。
有纸屑，不乱抛。有果皮，扔进箱。乘车时，不拥挤。
尊长辈，爱幼小。客人到，心欢笑。物品齐，房间整。
主动迎，又周到。送物品，接物品。双手呈，谢声到。
