父母和孩子间的沟通障碍The munication Barrier Between Parents and Children
In China, there is an old saying: every family has their issue, the parents and their childrens problems exist all the time. It seems that parents and their children can never get along peacefully, their munication barrier es to be obvious since the children e to their adolescence, this situation happens in many reasons.
在中国，有一句方言家家都有本难念的经, 父母和孩子间的问题总是一直存在。似乎父母和孩子永远都不能好好地相处，他们的沟通障碍打从孩子来到青春期就更加的明显，这样的情形发生是有很多原因的。
On the one hand, the children he e to the adolescence, they desire to be independent and get away from their parents protection. The age of adolescence means the children he grown up, they are no more the small kids, they want to make their own decision, so they bee rebellious and go against what they parents tell them to do. They do this for the purpose of proving that they are grown-ups.
一方面，孩子已经来到了青春期，他们渴望独立，脱离父母的保护。青春期意味着孩子已经长大，他们不再是小孩子，他们想要自己做决定，所以他们变得叛逆，和父母叫他们去做的对着干。他们做这些是想要证明他们已经是大人了。
On the other hand, most parents take their children as the small kids all the time. In most parents eyes, their kids will be always kids, no matter how old they are, the parents still treat their children as the small ones, so they will make every decision for their kids. The parents refuse to accept the fact that their children he grown up and can make their decision, so the munication barrier happens.
另一方面，大部分的父母一直把他们的孩子当做小孩子来看待。在大部分父母的眼里，他们的孩子永远长不大，无论他们多大，父母仍然当他们的孩子是小时候的孩子，所以他们会为他们的孩子做所有的决定。父母拒绝接受孩子已经长大的事实，自行做决定，所以沟通的障碍才会发生。
The munication barrier between children and parents is very familys problem, the parents should learn to let go gradually and the children can he a nice talk to their parents, thus the problem can better solved.
父母和孩子间沟通的障碍是每个家庭的问题，父母应该学着去慢慢放手，孩子应该和他们的父母好好谈谈，这样问题才能更好地解决。
关心老人的新政策The New Policy of Taking Care of the Aged
In China, the problem of aging is being more and more serious, in the future, many old people will go to the nursing house, but as the young are busy with their work, how to take care of the old is a big problem. 我认为这是一个不错的主意。

解释还是沉默?Explain or Keep Silent?
People always think that silent is gold, so they like to be silent when they he argument. Nowadays, when we read the amusement news, we can see all kinds of celebrities news, many of these are distorted, some celebrities choose to explain, though the media dont trust them, while some choose to keep silent. In my opinion, we need to explain when misunderstand happens.

But if people dont make the explanation to others, they will be suspended, people will he bad impression on them, these wont disappear with the time went by, it only increases.
一些人认为如果他们保持沉默，所有的谣言总会在将来某天消逝，在那时候，问题都会得到解决，事情都会回到正轨。但是如果人们不向别人解释，他们就会受到质疑，人们会对他们有不好的印象，这些不会随着时间的流逝而消逝，只会加深误会。
Explanation makes things clear, though still some people wont trust you, when the truth es out, they will remember you once he made the explanation and will trust what you say since then. Explanation will enhance your charm of your personality.
解释让事情变得清晰，虽然仍然有一些人不会信任你，但是当真相大白时，他们会记得你曾经解释过，会从此以后信任你。解释会增强你的人格魅力。
Silence is not always gold, we should explain things when misunderstand happens, in that case, misunderstand wont spread quickly and affect other peoples judgment.
沉默并不总是金，我们应该在误会发生时进行解释，那样的话，误会才不会快速传播而影响别人的判断。
