有很多体育活动我都喜欢，因为我认为，我在体育中，也能寻找到我的幸福与快乐，有一股甜甜的滋味涌上心头.在这么多的体育项目中，我最喜欢的还是跑步.
我在跑步时，都会试着用脚尖跑，因为用脚尖跑，会跑得快些.每当要跑步时，我都会事先做一些准备运动.这次，我参加运动会，在为运动会做训练时，我专训练跑步.预备姿势，摆臂，步伐都加强训练.“各就位，预备，咆！”同学喊，让我训练反应能力.我以着运动员永不摧毁的精神与执着，反复地练习，一次又一次……累得汗流浃背.
老师开始测试我们短跑的，老师用那洪亮的声音：“各就位……”哎呀！虽然不是正式比赛，但我的心直砰砰跳，两手不停地颤抖着……“咆！”哇！一阵风吹来，整个人像飞似的，在无限地狂奔着，血液循环加剧，激情斗志在脑中不停跳动，凉风吹过，仿佛浮在半空中，风“呼呼”地在耳边吼叫，人们激动得在我耳边呐喊……也许，是满腔热情让我喜欢上跑步；也许，是挑战的动力让我喜欢上跑步；也许，是那轻盈的脚步让我喜欢上跑步.在我的脑海里，有千千万万个也许，总言之，就是跑步的精神与动力吸引了我.
跑步让人烦恼像汗水一样流去，激动与斗志让风轻轻吹入脑中.让我们一起去努力，让我们一起去奋斗！
