我最尊敬的朋友是我在初中时期的一位朋友。他是一位品学兼优的好学生，但是他最令我佩服的是他热心助人，努力学习的好品质。当时我们读书的学校在市中心，而他的家是在郊区，距离学校有12里的路途。他只是骑着一辆自行车风里来雨里去，却从未迟到过，最令人敬佩的是，他拿着本班钥匙，每天早上为大家打开教室的门，当我们走进教室时，教室里的桌椅板凳已经整整齐齐，他已经开始用功晨读了。下雪的时候，我们从来不用怕在教室前滑倒，因为，他总是第一个来把门前的雪铲开。他晚上走得最晚，总是等到值日组最后一个同学收拾完，他把教室的门锁上。尽管他早出晚归，十分辛勤，却总是考试在全班排名前五。这说明勤劳的人会取得更好的成绩。在他的榜样作用下，我参加工作后，也是第一个到办公室，为大家打开门，收拾好桌椅，打好开水，下班后最后一个走，为大家扫过地，锁好门。我的辛勤劳动为大家创造了良好的办公环境，也得到了领导和同事的赞扬，更使我的业绩在单位内排名前列。
