（1）在合作中竞争：团体的通力合作鼓励各个成员间相互竞争；成员间相互竞争促进团体竞争力的提高。在合作中竞争，要尊重竞争对手，相竞争对手学习。合作的过程是互帮互学、相互提高的过程，取长补短、携手共进，是我们在合作中竞争的目标。
（2）在竞争中合作：竞争中需要合作。竞争本身并不是目的，而是达到更高的目标的手段。在竞争中合作应体现“双赢”原则。竞争对手不能相互排斥，造成两败俱伤，而要相互促进、共同提高。
